Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Norfolk, VA (Tidewater Region)
This position is
classified: temporary, non-exempt
Duties: Responsible under
general supervision to implement and support local area networks and analyze
customer workflow. Act as liaison between customer, suppliers and other
technical groups. Ensure workstation/server data integrity. First
line of defense in regard to desktop break/fix. This position is
temporary, not to exceed one year; therefore corporate benefits are not
available. Hours are
Clearance: Clearable to Secret. Interim Secret
preferred.
Minimum Education:
High
school graduate with acceptable technical certifications.
